These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“the patient” or “the client”) and Ali Alper Bayram. By confirming your reservation or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before beginning your treatment.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Clinic” refers to Ali Alper Bayram Clinic, including its staff, surgeon, and coordinators.
1.2 “Treatment” refers to any medical or surgical procedure provided by the Clinic.
1.3 “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation for a treatment.
1.4 “Consultation” refers to the initial face-to-face or online assessment with a qualified specialist to determine the patient’s suitability for treatment.
1.5 “Fees” refer to the total amount payable for the treatment and any related services.
1.6 “Additional Expenses” refer to costs not included in the treatment package (e.g., flights, visas, personal insurance, meals).
1.7 “Agreement” refers to the legally binding contract established between the Clinic and the patient once the booking is confirmed.

2. Scope of Services

Ali Alper Bayram Clinic provides a range of elective medical services, including but not limited to:

  • Rhinoplasty and Revision Rhinoplasty
  • Facial aesthetic procedures
  • Functional nasal surgeries
  • Otoplasty

Each procedure includes:

  • Consultation with a qualified specialist
  • The agreed surgical treatment
  • Standard postoperative or aftercare instructions

Unless otherwise stated in your Booking Confirmation, the following are not included in the price:

  • Flights and airport transfers
  • Accommodation not specified in your package
  • Meals, travel insurance, or personal expenses
  • Costs arising from additional medical conditions, unforeseen complications, or follow-up care required in your home country

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 A booking becomes valid when the patient accepts these Terms and the Clinic provides written confirmation.
3.2 A deposit may be required to secure your treatment date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to treatment or on the day of treatment, as stated in your confirmation.
3.3 Bank transfers are not accepted. Payments may be made in cash or by credit/debit card in accepted currencies.
3.4 Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation.
3.5 Fees may vary depending on exchange rates or changes made to the treatment plan.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

4.1 You may cancel your treatment within 21 days of the booking date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date.
4.2 Cancellations made after 21 days are subject to administrative or cancellation fees.
4.3 Changes to treatment dates are subject to availability.
4.4 The Clinic reserves the right to postpone or cancel treatment due to medical reasons, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

5. Medical Assessment and Eligibility

5.1 All patients must complete a medical questionnaire and provide accurate health information before treatment.
5.2 The final decision regarding treatment suitability rests with the surgeon or medical specialist following a physical examination.
5.3 If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment, the Clinic is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses.

6. Risks and Responsibilities

6.1 All medical and surgical procedures involve inherent risks.
6.2 The Clinic and its team will act with due care, skill, and professionalism; however, identical outcomes cannot be guaranteed for every patient.
6.3 Patients must comply with all pre- and postoperative medical instructions.
6.4 The Clinic is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow instructions, undisclosed medical conditions, smoking, alcohol consumption, or external medical interventions carried out after returning to your home country.

7. Insurance and Travel

7.1 Patients are responsible for arranging travel and health insurance that covers complications, cancellations, and emergencies.
7.2 The Clinic does not cover additional travel or accommodation costs resulting from unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight delays, visa issues, force majeure) or from the patient needing to extend their stay for treatment or recovery purposes.

8. Behaviour and Conduct

8.1 The Clinic operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour directed at staff or other patients.
8.2 Such behaviour may result in immediate cancellation of treatment without refund.

9. Aftercare and Warranty

9.1 Standard postoperative care instructions are provided following all procedures.
9.2 The Clinic offers follow-up support via email or telephone.
9.3 For procedures involving implants, a warranty may apply. Details will be outlined in your Booking Confirmation.
9.4 The warranty will be void if postoperative instructions are not followed or if external interventions alter the surgical outcome.

10. Liability

10.1 The Clinic is liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by negligence but is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses.
10.2 The Clinic is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information, pre-existing medical conditions, or procedures performed elsewhere.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
10.4 Hospital and accommodation expenses for revision surgeries requiring general anaesthesia must be paid by the patient.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
